If early checkouts were also a factor, others could have been done earlier, but the Backspacer Records website was glitching.
So many of us ensured that the codes were properly applied before proceeding to purchase to fall within the first 500.
If we knew that other cases would be considered, which is fair on their right too as it’s out of their control, others could have also checked out earlier.

eto rin ung expected ko. And I know din for raffle lahat ng perks na yan. Pero parang ang nangyare eh lahat ng 500 slot, na apply mo man ung code or hindi, raffle pa rin yung magiging panalo mo. Eh at the first place mas may chance dapat ung mga taong successful na apply yung code kasi un yung T&C nila nung una. I'm not saying na di deserve ng iba ung perks na nakuha nila pero naging UNFAIR lang kasi. Example yung friend ko nakapag purchase ng 12:08 ni hindi man lang nakapasok sa live viewing kasi base sa system di sha nakaabot bade sa time purchase pero ung nakapag purchase ng 1PM may live viewing and maganda yung perks nila. LIKEEEE SINO DI MAIINIS NUN?? Eh di sana nilinaw na sa T&C ma apply man o hindi ung code basta nakag purchase ka gow may chance ka na sa perks Hayst.

Then yung nakabili W/O THE CODE - ay VIEWING PARTICIPANTS only (manonood lang, NO PERKS).

+1 to this. We are very grateful to be a part of the event regardless and had no expectations whatsoever, from the onset that was what mattered naman. ☺️
But it can’t be helped that some doubt is cast over the process.
Additional winners were reconsidered, and we’re not sure how many were added to the initial 500 allocation which definitely affected the perk assignment per buyer.
Hopefully the winning perks for the signing and group photo were adjusted accordingly. And maybe additional consideration and priority for those benefits would be granted to those who checked out with the code and followed the mechanics that Backspacer Records set.
Adding to that was the confusion with the apparently incorrect emails, which were corrected more than an hour later, after everyone already had their hearts set on what was included in the winning email.
Requesting for transparency with the matter since we followed what was posted with the expectation to follow the “first 500 qualified pre-orders”. @backspacerph
Not asking for a guaranteed signing slot naman. I just hope the original qualification criteria were still considered in the final allocation. We followed the mechanics, secured our slots, and naturally expected the process to remain consistent. I think we deserve to know how the changes affected the original 500 qualified customers, too 💔

Hi po. @sonymusicph @backspacerph ni wala nga pong email sa naunang 500 slots about sa added slots nyo. Tapos nabawasan pa pala ang chance namin to get the perks kasi halo sa 500 slots raffle yung added slots? Was happy na makakapunta pa rin yung mga nagkaproblem sa payment and code kasi kumbaga pampalubag loob. E paano naman ung mga nagtyaga na mapakagat ang code at maayos ang payment nila kahit nagkanda error error?
Tapos now that you’ve sent the email with perks, binawi. Na parang pinaglalaruan na lang yung pakiramdam namin hahaha. Gulong gulo na ko.

Honestly, this whole experience has been disappointing. From the checkout issues, the changes in consideration, the lack of clarity on the raffle mechanics, to the incorrect perk assignment emails that needed another round of corrections. I hope Backspacer realizes how much confusion and unnecessary frustration this has caused customers. We just wanted a fair and well-organized experience 🥹
