I rather enjoyed the first 2 episodes of #RingsOfPower. It is mostly original content for the most part, and necessarily so. The Silmarillion on screen would be a borefest. While some of it is uncomfortably unfamiliar, you definitely feel Tolkien at timesβenough for my enjoyment.

Need to get a new Mac for @propresenter but none of the new Apple-silicon desktop Macs can support both the Audience display AND a Stage display. What a serious setback for the new M1 Macs. What should we do? I hate to invest in an Intel Mac at this point.
