Been traveling non stop since Aug 6, and somehow added a single bad habit of having a Cafe/store bought sweetened coffee or matcha to my routine.
All the progress I saw in ab definition went poof. 2.5 months of adding a single bad habit, while keeping the rest the same - 10k steps, strength training, strict protein target, and more.
Luckily, I'm at a level where I can pin point it down to one thing going wrong. That damn vanilla oat matcha and SIF on the rocks. 😭😭😭

the trick is having the courage to live through a chapter you hate without letting it poison your belief in the story. even in the middle of something painful, you can hold onto that deep pull toward what your life could become. so much of life comes down to your ability to keep believing in what you cannot see yet, to keep faith in the story while you’re still living through the parts that make it hard to believe
