I think you now agree that PLU offers its support where it is due.
Rt. Hon. @ObothOboth is doing quite well so far. Two incidents stand out for me:
1. He warned that if the Leader of Opposition @JoelSsenyonyi is again denied access to Lubowa Hospital, he would personally accompany the LOP to see if they would dare block them.
2. Yesterday, he suspended the charcoal ban, arguing as many Ugandans do, that government is yet to provide viable alternatives.
I pray he gives some attention to human rights violations.
What's your view about his performance so far?
As one of the street judges, I declare the above food as the best food for lunch owing to its organic nature
Everyone is scared to mention that the mess was caused by President Museveni's convoy. Everyone living or working in Kampala has at one time been parked for more than an hour waiting for the presidential motorcade to pass.

“I Have Low Sugar” Is the Lie That’s Keeping You Sick.
It's the reason you feel tired.
You feel dizzy.
You feel weak.
It's because you have refused to tell yourself the truth.
You drink soda in the name of having low sugar.
Malt is always in your bag.
You eat biscuits and snacks as you like.
All in the name of “My sugar is low.”
Let’s be honest.
You don’t have a sugar problem.
You have a metabolism problem.
Your blood sugar crashes because your body is addicted to junk.
You’ve trained it to run on sugar highs and carb fixes.
You eat nonsense, your sugar spikes then it crashes.
So you crave more sugar to feel normal again.
It’s not healing. It’s chemical slavery.
That sweet drink you just gulped didn’t “save” you.
It just started the rollercoaster again.
Spike. Crash. Spike. Crash.
And every time it happens, your pancreas gets weaker.
Your insulin gets more resistant.
Your cells get more inflamed.
All this could lead to diabetes ,weight gain, brain fog, hormonal imbalance and
early death.
But the world won’t tell you that because the system profits from your panic.
They sell you sugar as medicine.
They sell you the “cure” that caused the crash in the first place.
And you keep sipping your sickness with a smile.
If you want real healing.
Stop depending on sugar to save you.
Start eating meals that stabilize you.
Real food.
Eggs, fish, avocado, coconut oil, bone broth.
You don’t need “energy drinks.”
You need metabolic freedom.
Because let me tell you the hard truth.
If sugar is the only thing that makes you feel alive, you’re already dying.
Be wise.
Don’t forget to reach out for a diet plan. Share and tag your friends.
