San Bernardino County will keep 218,000 ineligible voters on the voter roll until after the 2026 general election. They stated notice of removal letters “inadvertently”did not include the required language. This “oversight” led to registrations remaining on the voter roll.

Megan's Law had a strict exclusion of sex offenders living within 2,000 feet of a school or daycare. In 2015 the California Supreme Court struck this down arguing that it harmed public safety to ban them from near schools.
SF libs: Actually, here’s why it’s a good thing that nearly three dozen registered sex offenders are living in a single building in the neighborhood with the highest density of children citywide

In San Francisco, @sfgov can fine you $300 for not properly licensing your dog. However, if you hotbox and starve dogs in drug tents on the sidewalk, they will do nothing.
Reported last night in the Tenderloin “Drug Encampment with dogs. How is this not animal abuse? The dogs bark all day while the “owners” do drugs and pass out on the street. The animals are unkept and aggressive. This is both inhumane and negligent. Pleas do something”

For context, Colorado built the Greenland Wildlife Overpass, which is 1 foot shorter but 26 feet wider, for 87% less money than @GavinNewsom spent. It's all fraud and incompetence.
The Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing cost $2.8B/mile to build. The California infinite corruption machine:

Here is a Berkeley professor claiming Prop 40 tax is "one-time" (source: trust me bro) while Prop 3 on the exact same ballot is about making a previous "one-time" tax permanent. They lie like they breathe.
Replying to @gabriel_zucman
The key problem is this: Why would billionaires permanently leave California in response to a one-time tax owed if they lived there on January 1, 2026? It would only make sense for them to leave if the tax becomes annual. But if the tax becomes annual, it would also generate revenue annually — by virtue of, well, being annual.

The numbers are in! With the world’s largest wildlife crossing set to open across the 101 this December, this good news from Colorado shows exactly why we’re pursuing more of these across California (multiple already open and 37 are currently in progress!).

We exposed a pack of convicted child rapists in taxpayer-funded housing in San Francisco. And, of course, the local media is now taking the side of the sex offenders.

> Leftists: “It's just a temporary asset confiscation tax. It's a one-off. Why would anyone think it would be repeated, or expanded, or made permanent? Why would they move?” > Meanwhile, in the SAME election, the last “temporary” tax is in the final phase of being made permanent

They try to make Tesla FSD sound dangerous, but the man who was hit stepped into a highway at 2:30 AM and the Tesla was forced to emergency brake from 70 mph. No mention of the other car that hit the person as well.
A 71-year-old man was killed early Thursday morning after he was struck by a Tesla in full self-driving mode as he was crossing I-80 in Vallejo, the CHP said. A 26-year-old San Francisco man was inside the Tesla and stayed at the scene. More here: abc7news.com/19969111/

According to CHP dashcam footage, the pedestrian entered I-80 from the right shoulder and stepped directly into the path of the Tesla traveling around 70 mph; the vehicle applied brakes and steered left attempting to avoid him. abc7news.com/post/71-year-o… latimes.com/california/sto… sfchronicle.com/bayarea/articl…

Christopher Rufo targeted a Tenderloin halfway house over its sex offender residents. California law allows all 32 to live there. Community leaders dislike the building for a different reason: its operators. missionlocal.org/2026/10/sex…

In 2005 San Francisco firefighter unions successfully pushed a proposition making it illegal to close or consolidate existing firehouses. It even prevents any apparatus from being changed. Despite some firehouses receiving < 3 calls a day. (not a typo) Since then working fires have fallen 36% (309 to 197) as medical calls increased by far more. More than a third fewer working fires. But each engine and tiller is a protected species (plus crew & exact role) and cannot ever be replaced with say, 3 ambulances and crews at ~same cost. Meanwhile you still need an ambulance for transport. Which is going to be a while because as noted in an audit they cannot “add additional ambulance shifts by re-assigning existing resources from fire”. But at least 5 guys in turnout gear can babysit with the $2.5M truck their medical kits are in.

we really need societal and technological antibodies against this kind of engagement bait
We CANNOT even afford hobbies. We CANNOT afford to go out with friends. We CANNOT afford to exist anywhere outside our homes. They then call it a mental health crisis. It's not. It's an affordability crisis.

San Francisco: > 19 tax increases since 2016 > largest per capita budget for major county > billions in @sfgov fraud > begging for more taxes Vote No on all new taxes and RTM on your ballot.
For the record, San Francisco passed 19 tax increases since 2016.

Jeremy Lee had a public meltdown in 2022. Pure performative rage from the SF progressives per usual. City College faces real problems. Budget shortfalls, enrollment drops, and financial chaos. The last thing the board needs is someone who can’t keep it together. Vote for competence over ego on Nov 3. (GarrysGuide.org)

Narrative violation: under Newsom’s tenure, total emissions in California have increased so dramatically that the state has travelled backwards in time by entire decades—back to the 20th century The entirety of the painstaking emissions reductions achieved at exorbitant, economy-crippling cost by a nearly endless proliferation of “green” and “sustainable” programs (mostly boondoggles) were completely obliterated ... by just a single year of Newsom’s homicidal incompetence in basic wildfire mitigation Wildfire emissions in 2020 alone were 215% of the state’s entire emissions from electricity generation The excruciatingly high energy bills and costly gas prices, the fraud-ridden “clean” energy boondoggles, and the insufferable smug pronouncements from those in charge … were all for nothing
