People say “I remember and I won’t forget”. But I’m not sure about that. I live with 9/11 effects EVERY single day. And living so close to DC, the aftermath was worse for my mental health.
25 years. For the rest of my life.

Nick Saban reveals that watching star quarterbacks like Tua Tagovailoa, Mac Jones, and Bryce Young spend their Saturdays building houses for Miss Terry's charity and going on to start their own foundations is his proudest moment as a coach
"The number of players, whether it was Tua, Mac Jones, Bryce, whoever it was, that I saw them working on houses for Miss Terry on a Saturday to build a house for some needy family. And now they all have foundations themselves, and they're dedicated to helping other people."
"That's one of my proudest moments as a coach, that because those guys were involved in helping people here and doing things in the community that had an impact to help someone else have a better quality of life, they chose to do that in their future."

Is there a “Go to this lady’s house network” on the kitty channel? Cuz the new occupants on the kitty house are so little and super spicy. And I’ve never seen them before yesterday! #YHello #WhereIsURMom #Fiesty #Spicy

Kentucky Wesleyan led 7-0 but SIU is now up 10-9 after a 3-point trip by Shakara McCline. Ref was nice enough to hold up the free throw until the Salukis got a 6th player off the floor, which would have been a T.

The best selling basketball shoe is from a guy who hasn’t played in almost 25 years. It really is incredible if you think about it.

The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office honors the life and legacy of Officer Antwan Toney, who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty on October 20, 2018. We remember his service, dedication, and lasting impact on the Gwinnett community. His sacrifice and the lives he touched will never be forgotten. 💙
Today, we remember Officer Antwan Toney, who lost his life in the line of duty on October 20, 2018, while responding to a call.
Just days shy of his third anniversary with the Gwinnett County Police Department, Officer Toney had already made a meaningful impact on our community. His passion for helping others extended beyond the badge, especially through his work with local youth. He often spent his free time playing basketball, mentoring, and being a positive influence in their lives.
Eight years later, we continue to honor Officer Toney's life and the difference he made in Gwinnett. His memory remains an important part of our department's history.

I would like to thank all those who have prayed for me in recent days. I wish to express my particular gratitude to the doctors, nurses and all the staff of the Gemelli Hospital. This experience has made me feel particularly close to all those who are living with illness or infirmity. Now that I have overcome this delicate phase I will gradually resume my activities, always with God’s help and your prayers.
