Of all the changes in this new budget, the 30% minimum tax on discretionary trusts is the one that will directly change my life.
It's not "closing a loophole." It's punishing the structure millions of small business owners use to legally run their lives. The wealthy will restructure. Everyone else will cop it.
Government’s plan to help you build wealth in Australia:
❌ 50% CGT discount gone
❌ Negative gearing killed for new investors
❌ 30% minimum tax on capital gains
❌ Trust income hit with 30% floor
Translation: the rules that built wealth for the last generation don’t apply to you anymore. Adapt or stay broke.

Thousands of new people bought, tweeted about, and researched TON in the last 24 hours.
TON pumped over 80%.
TON memes and onchain activity started surging in volume.
Then, right at the peak of the momentum, Binance US decided to list $USDUC, a 2M MC coin on Solana.
This is a well known playbook the Alon and Solana cabal pull whenever they start feeling pressure and fear.
The Solana extraction machine tried to react fast and regain momentum.
But the jeeting and disbelief are already so massive that even this isn’t helping.
This is about as bullish as it gets for $TON.
We are getting recognized.
We are becoming a threat.
Now it’s time to show what we can really do and send one coin, or several, into the hundreds of millions.
$TON season is officially here.
And we will prevail.

❌I refuse every partnership there is out there (I had only one last year and was the last)
❌No affiliate links to my ‘trading groups’
❌No “my own project or funny meme”
Only data based and cycle positioning, trying to best explain how and why I do what I do
I have only a paid membership which I’m not promoting much here, or even on my profile.
Just to be called a scammer and a fraud by some people😂
The problem with guys like this is they do not recognize fake from real, which is actually the worst part for them going through life
And inevitably guys like this always, but ALWAYS get rekt somehow, not only in the market.

Based on my experience this voice note Luke Belmar sent apologizing wasn’t genuine. It was just part of his strategy to drag things out, keep me quiet, and avoid paying me, all while slowly pushing me out so he could take full control without me noticing.
Legal action only came after I saw the pattern for what it really was, and after giving him more than enough chances to make things right.
