So, basically, 500 million Europeans expect 300 million Americans to protect them from 120 million Russians who can’t even defeat 40 million Ukrainians while those 500 million Europeans don’t even realize they are being conquered by 2 billion Muslims who claim they are being persecuted by 8 million Israelis. Is that about right?

A shame really. I like Elliott a lot, injury absolutely destroyed and real chance he may have had at sustaining at the top level.
However, I was so disappointed in him returning to Liverpool this summer overweight. It's absolutely unexcusable when there was a new manager to impress and realistic chance of being retained at the club.
Only has himself to blame for how it has panned out this summer.
Had Klopp (and Lijnders) stayed Elliott would be still playing at Liverpool today and even starting some games. In Klopp’s last season Elliott played 34 games, started 11 and 40 minutes pg (shows how he liked to use him). Sadly, Elliott’s limitations (physicality, pace, creativity and it seems mentality) and unclear role given the limitations (he’s not really a RW or RWB or AM) all limit his potential.
