Lots of response around a recent shockwave paper. Lots using it to say SW dosent work. If that's your take, you're either awful at understanding research, or selling another agenda.

POCUS nugget (with consent). Pt c/o Quads tendinopathy symptoms. Calcific deposits seen on deep quads tendon a little unusual, but dynamic scanning shows a haglund-esque shape to the proximal patella causing some compression during deep flexion right under the calcification area
