It was weird seeing it when it first hit my inbox, weirder the first time it got announced, and it's even more surreal seeing it now that it's out.
Nothing I write can properly show the amount of gratitude I have toward everyone.
To the cast and crew, you all have worked tirelessly and kick so much ass. I'm honored to stand alongside you in this legacy.
To everyone at @CDPROJEKTRED, thank you for the opportunity of a lifetime. It is very easy to feel this way but my gentle reminder is that I’ve had almost no issues asking for accommodations, most (97%) clients and studios have been so accommodating to me. Everything I’ve been in so far has been remotely as an accommodation for me. It is possible!

Don't give up! It's not always per studio, it's mostly per project!
I work in VO production and there are still AAA and Indies alike that record remotely. Some huge titles I've worked on are sometimes mostly remote. One recent project was exclusively remote.

3. Especially for JP companies have VERY SPECIFIC IP rules. Be mindful of those!
4. Some projects HATE when you add your headshot. So always ask!
5. Be grateful in your posts. I recommend to not be so self-absorbed. You were part of a team after all!

1. ALWAYS ask for permission and guidelines. Use APPROVED images!
2. Creating "official-looking" graphics isn't always OKAY. If it's unofficial with their logo, but pretends to be official, the studio may not be happy.

In my experience working in VO production, if the remote actor is set up with a remote engineer, the actor's locally recorded audio files will be used as a primary, while the engineer's is the back up.
So definitely please record on your end!

If you're doing VO gigs remotely, connect on time (or a few minutes early if ya can), have the fastest internet you can afford (fiber optic if it's available). Have all your scripts etc open before starting. It's wise to record a backup on your end, even if they don't ask.
