Omg do not fly @AmericanAir if you can help it. Not worth the time, energy, frustration and horrendous customer service.
So, I’m running on 5 hours sleep and little better than airport food. I am almost a day behind getting caught up on work since I got home late. And my bags are missing and I literally can’t connect to a human to find out where they are.
This has been a complete systematic fail on the part of @AmericanAir, including the repeated gaslighting we’ve experienced while trying to get basic customer service for something we paid nearly $1,000 for. @PeteButtigieg I really hope you have more and better coming.
