I think i found an infinite money glitch: 1. Close a deal (any deal, any size) 2. That's your $/ms. Then multiply that by ms / year 3. You now have infinite ARR 4. Raise hot round based on ARR, take secondary 5. Buy yacht thank you for coming to my ted talk

One tertiarty effect of AI agents will be the number of new customers at Home Depot buying silicon caulking.

SpaceX blew up a lot of rockets before they landed one. They just did it in the open. You can do it in a simulation. Crash your agents a thousand times before a customer ever sees them. If you can't prove it in Simulation, it will always fail in real life.

Constrain, constrain, constrain your agents. Discipline equals freedom for them too.

The best content engine isn't writing more. It's mining what you already think. Most founders are sitting on years of memos, voice notes, Notion Docs, Google Docs and never post a word of them. Point your AI at these and get a few inspirational convo starters.

Use AI to sharen your mind. Then write your mind. Don't let AI write for you. Or you will dull your humanity.

Fundamentally AI is about leverage. You buy tokens and if used correctly, tokens buy you time. The key is knowing what to do with the extra time.

$1b in spend on the @ether_fi card, wild! I think this is one of the products that can bring crypto mainstream. The first $100M took almost a year. The last took 22 days. Grateful for our team and customers along the way, onwards! 🚀🚀 Fun facts: ether.fi/one-billion
It’s about to happen👀 Take your guesses when ↓

The hardest part of change in companies that adopt our fleets is deciding what to do with the free time they have. The answer is to solve the next next hardest problem but so many people are used to jumping from one small fire to the next. AI should create space for higher order.

Small businesses want AI transformation. They love the tools. They'll even pay for the bootcamp. Then they never implement any of it. What's missing isn't the software. It's someone who shows up and does the work.

I am so lucky to have the team I have. I truly work with some of the smartest and best people. Pick the right people and get out of their way.

Running agents in production makes you two kinds of doctor. The ER doctor patching today's cuts and scrapes. And the one doing preventive medicine so you never end up in the ER. Most teams only staff the ER. Prevention = Simulation.

Is today going to be a proactive day or a reactive day for your agent fleet? Are customers happy or angry? What percentage? If you can't answer that in 10 seconds, you're flying blind.

Over the weekend I built an adversarial AI fleet to make my football picks. Agents research. Others pick. Others judges. They loop, they aregue. Built via voice on @runneragent.

"MCP is dead" was one of the dumbest takes of 2026. It's an API wrapped in a spec that other agents know how to read, index and cache. ChatGPT apps? A proprietary MCP. It's MCP all the way down.

Stop thinking like a software craftsperson. You can do that for hobby projets. Start running a software factory. The factory wins.
