After a 5-day trip to Martha’s Vineyard for my daughter’s 1st birthday, I’m recharged. I heard someone say, “Stop rescheduling joy” & it changed my life. Grab hold of Purposeful Therapy Outlets (PTO) to recharge your battery. #Wellness #family #Fitness #Travel #VeryDemure
I had the privilege of facilitating listening sessions with a group of thought leaders and industry experts in Kansas City and Wichita. @KellyBielefeld thanks for navigating the aftermath of unforeseen scheduling conflicts. You are a true rockstar!

The worst thing to ever put on a coward’s ‘plate’ is a leadership “role”. They will always try to convince you that you’re the problem. Ask questions, push back, & create necessary trouble.
I enjoyed our session today! Huge turnout & lots of gems shared! Thanks for the invite @EdTrust @SXSWEDU

5 yrs ago I graduated from Lindenwood University. I’m forever grateful for all I’ve learned. My dissertation chair stretched me and prepared me for much more than an oral defense. She endorsed my ability to research, defend, protect, partner, & endure.
