Huge thanks to the @kick Admins, we're back up and running.
All streams going forward should be monitored as usual and taken into consideration in your statistics/averages.
Thanks again for all of the support!
Kick have increased security on their API endpoints (amazing work) but this means that we are unable to fetch statistics.
Any streams after approx 11AM BST today have not been included in the statistics.
If anyone works @kick or has contacts at Kick we'd love to talk!

Hey @discord can we please get verified I understand the system has been down but its been over a month now since we have been trying to get verified. I am willing to submit a manual application as the systems issue no access to the application when submitted. Please & Thank you!

At @kick we will be doubling down on offering real creator support. Kick will be the first live streaming platform to offer 24/7 live customer support to all affiliated & partnered streamers. Standard users will also receive 24/7 Email support. We've roadmapped this objective with over 1,000 new staff positions at Kick in both our Australian & European offices, with the majority of these positions sitting within the support, partners, moderation & resolutions departments.
We love seeing crazy growth like this 🔥
Keep up the good work!

We're migrating our databases, so that we can support better data crunching going forward and improve loading times on our site!
We may lose data for the next 15-30 minute period. Please hold tight whilst we get this sorted!
Update: Everything seems to have gone well! A few more optimisations are needed so that we are running optimally.
If you experience any problems, let us know in our new Discord: discord.gg/vqkTd52zaA
We have run into some technical difficulties over the past 24 hours where most channels data was not tracked due to a limitation in the Kick API. We're actively working on rectifying this, and apologise for any lost data or inconvenience.
See our site for more information.

'CLIPS' TO RELEASE IN ~24 hours.
*IMPORTANT* i didn't like twitch's stale clips sytem that requires us to view reddit to see trending clips, so we're working to add a "tiktok-like" system for discoverability on clips to help all creators expand their reach to help with growth.
We're just hit over 10,000 tracked @kick users.
Tracking their viewer count, follower count, sub count and more!
