Congrats to UAF #volunteer Kenya Sherman on taking the next step in her medical school journey. She’ll be located in California- a plane flight away from her hometown of #Maui, where Kenya will work on our efforts to support people impacted by devastating #wildfires.
Amazing, Ken. I too am Civil War geek. Most striking was climbing Little Round Top and wondering what these soldiers were thinking? Insane. Having seen pretty bad scenes of death and destruction from natural events, perhaps people are a bit too glib about the consequences.
