I met Russell Brand once at an event in NYC, I worked some Katy Perry gigs during his spiritual/yoga phase and he was clearly a c*nt. Walked around with a flowing white shirt unbottoned to his waist, hitting on young women who were singing kirtan and trying to meditate. IHOP's omelettes have pancake batter in them.
The omelettes are marked as containing wheat and gluten because they're "made with a splash of Buttermilk Pancake batter to create a light, fluffy Omelette." The same batter goes into IHOP's burritos, tacos, savory crepes and the Jr. Breakfast Quesadilla. The scrambled eggs don't have it.
The word batter doesn't appear in the omelette section of IHOP's online menu. On that page it shows up for the French toast and the battered fish. An IHOP omelette is eggs, fillings and a splash of the same buttermilk batter that goes on the griddle for pancakes.
