🇳🇬INSANE: A man in Lagos was filmed carrying a large live turtle on his head while trying to sell it roadside.
According to multiple eyewitness accounts, the foreigner paid the sellers for the turtle.
He did so specifically to secure its release rather than to keep it. Reports describe him as the only person initially speaking up: he stopped, pleaded with the sellers, bystanders, and even police officers present that selling the animal was wrong, then paid them so it could be freed.
Later, Lagos State Security officials intervened.
PURE EVIL: The “I’ve Had It” podcast hosts Jennifer Welch and Angie Sullivan laugh uncontrollably for over 20 seconds at a tweet ‘joking’ about digging up ass@ssinated conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s body and murd3ring him again.
They have previously criticized Kirk (calling him a hate-monger, r@cist, misogynist, and homophobe) and his widow Erika Kirk (labeling her an “opportunistic grifter”).
Charlie Kirk was shot and kill3d in September 2025 at Utah Valley University by Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old whose messages and family statements indicate left-leaning views, including support for gay and trans rights, contrary to the podcasters’ claim that he was a ‘MAGA person’.
🇫🇷NEW: From a window or balcony overlooking the street, a resident first emptied a bucket of water onto the people below, then poured the contents of a bottle of dishwashing liquid. The crowd booed and insulted her but then..
Between 12,500 people (prefecture figure) and 26,000 (union figures) marched in Caen that day. After the official cortège reached Place Saint-Sauveur, several hundred protesters tried to push into the hyper-centre—an area the prefecture had closed off to avoid the looting seen on 17 October.
They entered Rue Froide (a narrow paved street in the historic centre) but were held by CRS units, leaving the crowd packed in place for several minutes.
PERSECUTION: Rep. Jamie Raskin on MS NOW warns of Democratic investigations and hunting down corporations and law firms accused of collaborating with the Trump administration.
“We will not hesitate to go after the private corporations that are collaborating in all of the lawlessness with Donald Trump. We’ve done it before, and we will absolutely do it again.” He added that with subpoena power, firms will come forward or face enforcement, noting a congressional subpoena has “the exact same legal force as a judicial subpoena.”
He distinguished “heroic” firms that resisted and only bend the knee to Democrats from those that settled.
🇬🇧NEW: Police release interviews with with Russell Brand between 2023 and 2025 released following guilty verdict.
After a roughly 4-week trial at Southwark Crown Court, a jury found Brand (then 51) guilty of one count of r**e and three counts of s3xual @ssault involving four women. The offences occurred between 2004 and 2009, during the period his career rose from stand-up to TV and film.

S***** ass@ult (2009): Involving a Channel 4 worker during a project/filming where she was pressured into a massage and he placed his head in her gro*n area.
UNREAL: Georgia's new Agriculture Secretary, Katherine E. Juhan-Arnold a black woman speaking at an event, where she discusses directing state resources to black farmers specifically due to racial disparities.
2022 USDA Census data for Georgia shows approximately 67,082 producers total, of whom about 2,700 identified as Black or African American (~4%) and ~62,985 as White (~94%). Black farmers remain a small share of operators statewide despite Georgia’s large Black population (~32%).
“Um there we have the budget to allocate funds for our black farmers for our beginning farmers for people who have a disconnect like I was telling you about Richland, Georgia. … So we the re-education piece we have to dedicate resources to re-educate our community so they understand what to do. Contract law, trust law, LLCs, things like that.”
🇭🇳NEW: A migrant caravan of dozens of Hondurans departed San Pedro Sula bound for the United States.
Multiple travelers said they hoped a Democratic takeover of Congress would weaken President Trump’s immigration enforcement, create uncertainty, or open a window at the border. One widely quoted statement from 47-year-old Jimena Morazán (traveling with five family members): “Trump is on his way out in these elections. That’s why we’re taking the risk. Here in Honduras, we have nothing left.” Others said they wanted to be on the road while the U.S. was focused on the election.
Coordination has largely happened via TikTok and WhatsApp rather than formal organizations.
NEW: At Enghelab (Revolution) Square in Tehran, supporters of the Islamic Republic set fire to a large banner/poster showing Donald Trump, Benjamin Netanyahu, JD Vance, and Steve Witkoff against a backdrop of U.S. and Israeli flags following Democrat midterm victory.
The gathering was part of Iran’s annual November 4 commemorations of the 1979 U.S. Embassy seizure (the Iran hostage crisis). Iranian state media (IRIB) filmed the burning and the surrounding crowd waving Iranian and red flags.
🇸🇴🇺🇸UNREAL: Abdi Daisane (DFL) won the open Minnesota House District 14A seat.
Blooming Kids Child Care Center (owned by Abdi Daisane) has accumulated multiple Minnesota DHS citations over several years. These include staffing/qualification shortfalls, training gaps, facility repair and cleanliness issues, missing child documentation, prohibited disciplinary actions, failure to supervise children at all times, infant sleep and bottle-labeling problems, and background-study violations (including a $400 fine in 2024 after a staffer worked months with an expired study).
The license remains active with no restrictions. The center has received over $7 million in CCAP payments since 2018.
Ayaan Kaaba (also referred to as Ayaan Axmed Caydiid or Kaaba), Daisane’s wife, a poet/author and MSW graduate student. A 2023 BBC News Somali article describes her as one of hundreds of Somalis who jumped the U.S.-Mexico border wall.
She recounted traveling through multiple countries, standing on the wall without a ladder at first, then using a ladder provided by smugglers to cross, stating she smuggled herself and jumped the wall “for my love”
🏳️🌈LGBTQI MADNESS: This has become the first city in the state to allow throuples, foursomes, and other polyamorous groups of three or more to register as domestic partners.
Who can register
Three or more adults (18+) who:
Consent and declare the relationship.
Are not related by blood closer than California marriage/domestic partnership rules allow.
Share the “common necessities of life” and take responsibility for each other’s welfare.
Are not already registered in another multi-partner relationship.
File a statement with the City Clerk (and notify the city of changes).
Partners do not have to live together or live in West Hollywood. Non-residents can register.
There is no cap on the number of people. Leaving a registration generally requires a waiting period (reported as six months) before starting a new one.
Specific rights it grants
Hospital / healthcare visitation: Facilities in the city’s jurisdiction must allow partners of a patient to visit (unless the facility bars all visitors).
Jail visitation: City jails must allow partner visits, subject to normal security rules.
Housing / tenant protections: Landlords generally cannot terminate or refuse to renew a lease solely because a registered partner continues to occupy the unit. It also ties into existing rent-stabilization rules regarding occupancy and certain family-related exceptions.
It creates an official city record and a rebuttable presumption that the people are in the relationship for purposes of the city’s earlier anti-discrimination ordinance (which already protects “family or relationship structure”).
These are mainly practical protections around visitation and housing stability inside West Hollywood’s borders.
NEW: CNN Anchor Erin Burnett interviewing Texas Democratic Sen.-elect James Talarico, who defeated Ken Paxton, with the key moment being her question on whether he will "stand up to" newly elected Michigan Sen. Abdul El-Sayed.
‘He is on the far left of your party’
Abdul El-Sayed, a progressive Democrat and former health official, won Michigan's open Senate seat over Republican Mike Rogers, becoming the first Muslim U.S. Senator on a platform including Medicare for All and reduced military aid to Israel.
🇺🇸SPOTTED: A shooting occurred at the Citibank Center (also referred to as Citigroup Center) in the Sabal Park business area of Brandon, Florida (Tampa region), near Princess Palm Avenue and Falkenburg Road.
Witnesses outside the cafeteria described hearing screams, seeing panicked people running, and hearing roughly 2–3 shots before people fled the area
More than 360–367 deputies responded, including SWAT and specialized units. They conducted floor-by-floor clearances of the buildings, with employees evacuated (some reports noted people exiting with hands raised). Shelter-in-place alerts were issued for the area and nearby locations.
Sheriff Chad Chronister stated it appeared to be a targeted incident. Sources indicated it involved a vendor at the facility rather than Citibank employees.
CONQUERED?: Abdul El-Sayed’s 2026 Michigan Senate win marks a historic first as the first Muslim elected to the U.S. Senate.
“My name is Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed, and I am so proud and honored to stand here as your senator-elect from the great state of Michigan.” He noted he had previously said “inshallah” (“God willing”) about the race outcome, but “today, tonight, we can turn that inshallah into a alhamdulillah” (“praise be to God”), and explicitly explained the term for listeners.
🇸🇴UNREAL: Ilhan Omar won her fifth term decisively with about 76.5% of the vote on November 3, 2026, as part of broader Democratic successes that secured control of both chambers of the Minnesota legislature.
Minnesota hosts one of the largest Somali-American populations in the US, with growing political engagement through the DFL party, including new state House representative Abdi Daisane flipping a seat in St. Cloud’s District 14A.
Omar Fateh (DFL): Reelected to the Minnesota State Senate for District 62 (south Minneapolis). He was the first Somali-American and Muslim member of the Minnesota Senate (elected in 2020). He also ran for Minneapolis mayor in 2025 but lost to Jacob Frey.
Zaynab Mohamed (DFL): Reelected to the Minnesota State Senate for District 63 (southeast Minneapolis). She was one of the first Black women (and the youngest woman at the time) elected to the Minnesota Senate in 2022. Born in Somalia, she has a background in community organizing and policy work.
Mohamud Noor (DFL): Reelected (effectively uncontested in the general) to the Minnesota House for District 60B (Cedar-Riverside / University of Minnesota area in Minneapolis). Longtime incumbent and community figure.
Samakab Hussein (DFL): Reelected to the Minnesota House for District 65A (St. Paul). He is the first Somali-American to represent St. Paul in the legislature; he came to the U.S. from Somalia as a teenager and has a background as an accountant and business owner.
Anquam Mahamoud (DFL): Reelected to the Minnesota House for District 62B.
Abdi Daisane (DFL): Newly elected to the Minnesota House for District 14A (St. Cloud area), flipping a previously Republican-held seat with about 52% of the vote against Mike Conway (St. Cloud City Council president). He is a small-business owner and former refugee who came to the U.S. more than 15 years ago; this makes him St. Cloud’s / central Minnesota’s first Somali-American state lawmaker. He had previously lost the same seat in 2024.
🇺🇸THE SHIFT: Republicans entered the midterms with a 53-47 Senate majority and a narrow House edge (roughly 219-214). Democrats needed a net gain of four Senate seats for control. They exceeded that with multiple flips in states Trump carried by double digits in 2024.
Another major sentiment shift is happening on the presidential side.
With unified Democratic control of Congress starting in January 2027, the party gains the ability to set the legislative agenda, conduct oversight, and block or modify Trump administration priorities on spending, nominations, and other matters. Chuck Schumer was expected to return as Senate Majority Leader. Exact final margins depended on remaining uncalled races at the time of the projections.
🇺🇸UNREAL: Texas homebuilder is voting Talarico because ICE raids are deporting the cheap labor illegals building for him.
Cavazos and other STBA leaders (including CEO Mario Guerrero) have publicly described significant disruption from ICE enforcement under the Trump administration. They report worksite raids, traffic stops targeting construction vehicles/workers, and widespread fear that keeps both illegals and some documented workers from job sites.
Ronnie Cavazos, President of the South Texas Builders Association (STBA) and owner of Structure Team, a homebuilding company in the Rio Grande Valley.
🇮🇩CHAOS: Protest breakout outside Andrea Bocelli's Romanza 30th Anniversary concert at JIExpo Kemayoran in Jakarta on November 3, 2026, led by Habib Bahar bin Smith with FPI and Persaudaraan Muslim groups demanding cancellation.
Habib Bahar bin Smith is a hardline preacher (da’i) of Hadhrami Alawiyyin (Ba’alawi) descent who uses the honorific Habib/Sayyid. He founded and leads Majelis Pembela Rasulullah (Prophet’s Defender Council) and has longstanding ties to FPI circles. He is known for fiery, provocative sermons, distinctive long blonde hair (sometimes called Habib Bule), and involvement in street-level Islamist activism.
The reason was Bocelli’s past links to Israel: he performed at a 2010 Friends of the IDF fundraiser in Los Angeles that raised nearly $9 million, and he gave a sold-out 2022 concert in Tel Aviv (with Netanyahu in the audience) followed by a visit to the Western Wall.
🇺🇸BREAKING: For Congress as a whole, Kalshi’s balance-of-power market currently prices a Democratic sweep (control of both the House and Senate) at about 98%.
House control: ~99.5% Democrats / 0.5% Republicans (hundreds of millions in volume).
Senate control: ~98.5% Democrats / 1.5% Republicans.
These figures have moved sharply Democratic through Election Day evening as early results and trading signals came in. Earlier in the day or the prior day, the sweep probability was lower (often in the 60–80% range depending on the snapshot), with a Democratic House + Republican Senate as the main alternative scenario. By late evening it had converged near certainty on a full Democratic sweep.
Are we cooked?
