Love his perspective-so challenging to pull yourself out of your daily grind to recognize this and remember it. Love that that he shared it-Great reminder for us all!
Take two minutes and listen to these words from Marcus Freeman whether you’re a Notre Dame fan or not. This is what old school sports used to mean
Joe DiMaggio said something very similar
This is the way my dad raised me

The tradition of the Notre Dame football team attending Mass before games, which had been discontinued, was reinstated by Marcus Freeman when he assumed the position of head coach a couple of years ago. Freeman, a convert to Catholicism, reintroduced this practice shortly after taking over the role.
So proud to be a graduate of this amazing school. Dr. Jandoli leaves an incredible legacy! #forwardeverbackwardnever. .

Happy birthday to Mary, the Mother of God.
The most loving, wise, merciful, humble, beautiful, faithful woman of all time, the greatest role model. Our mother.
Satan hates her and the angels praise her. Through her, God chose to give us our Savior Jesus Christ.

And I will keep saying this as nauseum until the rules change- women’s sports are not a place for failed male athletes.
Male high jumper Maelle Jacques won a GIRLS' high school state title yesterday in New Hampshire. @NHIAA_LOA
His winning jump was almost 10" lower than the boys' winning height. His 10 pt score helped the Kearsage HS girls' track & field team jump to runner-up in the state among 25 teams.
