🇫🇰🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧 It was a privilege, as always, to meet with the Falkland Islands Government Representative @FalklandsRepUK , Richard Hyslop, alongside @reformparty_uk @RUKWales Leader @DanWalesReform MS last week to discuss the historic and modern relationship we have and the challenges our communities share. Having visited the Falkland Islands in 2004, it will always be a place that I hold dear. I was so surprised how British it was, even though it was so far away. Wonderful place, wonderful people. Dan and I were proud to reaffirm our unwavering support for the Falkland Islanders, their security and their fundamental right to determine their own future. The people of the Falklands have made their wishes overwhelmingly clear: they are British, they wish to remain British, and no foreign government has the right to decide otherwise. Their sovereignty and right to self-determination are not up for negotiation. 🇫🇰🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧 #falklandislands #SelfDetermination #British
