An optimized prompt is a candidate for agentic deployment. Benchmarking helps you decide whether to use it, and on which model. It runs the original and optimized prompt-sets against the same test inputs and evaluates their answers against your quality criteria. cheaperinference.com/blog/be…

It's like having an employee use their time to learn how to do something one day and then forget it at the end of the day and have to waste time learning the same thing over again the next day, and the next day …
What if the next big leap in AI agents comes from better memory, not bigger models? @theDeepView explores MemCurrent. In our internal benchmark of 114 enterprise tasks, agent success rose from 22.3% without memory to 68.4% with episodic and derived memory. thedeepview.com/articles/why…

The problem isn’t that AI is intelligent. It isn’t. The problem is that too many adults (but not all) are at once mechanistic, imitative, unimaginative, stupid, formulaic, influenceable, & gullible, arrogant beyond their skill set, & too expensive to maintain.

Every new agent can become another integration, policy set and observability stack to maintain. As agents take actions across data, models, tools and business systems, that fragmentation gets expensive fast. The better pattern is shared infrastructure for choice, context and control: 1️⃣ Agent Bricks for building, governing and optimizing agent fleets 2️⃣ Omnigent for composing agents across harnesses 3️⃣ Unity Gateway for centralized access, cost controls and observability databricks.com/blog/how-scal…

[DEMO] With Git worktrees and Lakebase Postgres database branching, each coding agent gets its own isolated, copy-on-write branch to run migrations, test changes, and experiment without affecting other environments. GitHub Actions then creates a fresh database branch per PR to validate migrations and preview the app before anything reaches production. Watch the full workflow: youtube.com/watch?v=RPsyHKiW…

- Move, - Move some more, - Just keep movin' you goddamn son of a gun !
Living longer and better doesn't require anything remotely complicated. I'm 63 and have been an orthopedic surgeon for 30 years. The people who do best aren't doing anything crazy or exotic. They just refuse to let their lives narrow and acting accordingly. Here’s my Twitter book … - Don't smoke - Keep alcohol modest or absent. - Move - Move more - Keep moving - Push and pull heavy things - Sleep 7 hours. - Have friends - Keep moving. - Find a reason to get out of bed in the morning! - A sense of purpose is key. - See your friends in person. - Keep moving. For real benefit- consider 500+ min/wk. Sure… 120 min/week works. But my goal is vastly higher. - Eat real food that you cook. You can read books that say something else. You can try one of a thousand supplements or research grade injectables. Won’t matter one bit for most of you. Might hurt some of you. Simple works really well. Form the habits… they will largely determine your destiny. There are no shortcuts. There are no shortcuts.
