ngmi if you're
- still optimizing only for humans browsing
- no idea what agents say about your brand
- checkout that breaks the second an agent tries it
this is a good wake up call
Today, we're introducing Agent Conversion Optimization → agentconversion.ai
Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot already process $10B+ a year in GMV via agentic commerce. No GEO tool today tracks who they recommend.
So we built it.
Each agent behaves very differently from typical LLMs, so we track them separately, then Helena deploys the fixes.
1/ Daily tracking of who Muse, Instinct, Dots recommend, and why
2/ Share of recommendations vs your competitors
3/ Agent path to check out audit
4/ Fixes deployed by Helena to improve your discoverability
This is hard to do reliably with little bias given how these agents behave, so we're starting with only 100 initial customers.

New Anthropic research: progress on provable inference for large language models.
Here, we introduce FlashProve. Building on established cryptographic techniques, FlashProve allows developers to verify whether a given response came from a given AI model. It’s substantially more efficient than prior open-source methods for doing so.
These proofs have a range of applications. They can, for instance, make it harder for attackers to hijack a chat, or enable safety evaluators to verify that the model they’re testing is the same one being served to customers.
For our full write-up, see here: anthropic.com/research/prova…
Further progress in provable inference will likely be an important part of improving trust in AI deployment. To that end, we're open-sourcing FlashProve’s code, here: github.com/anthropics/FlashP…
We’re grateful to our collaborators: Alessandro Chiesa, @GiacomoFenzi, @gwberg95, @miranda__christ, Rahul Dalal (rdalal.github.io) and Ben Mayer (@transmissions11).

There’s a misconception that a successful launch video needs to cost tens of thousands of dollars and feel like a high production commercial. But @FarzaTV has a different approach.
Farza is the founder of @heyclicky and previously built Buildspace, one of the largest online schools for people working on their own ideas. He’s been making videos for over a decade, and today his posts regularly get millions of views. Rather than treating launches as rare, high-stakes moments, he’s made them part of the everyday process of building a company.
Farza sat down with YC’s @aaron_epstein to share his playbook for turning demos into stories people actually want to watch. He breaks down how he scripts videos that still feel off the cuff, why founders should launch constantly, and and how to figure out which channels actually convert.
01:44 — Launch Constantly
03:38 — Start Shipping Demos
05:02 — Show the Process
06:07 — The Clicky Launch
07:43 — Write a Hook That Stops the Scroll

12:04 — Designing the First 10 Seconds
15:15 — Demo-Driven Development
17:25 — You Have to Take a Thousand Shots
20:48 — Farza’s Formula for Videos That Convert
23:01 — Turning Demos Into Stories
24:53 — Show What You're Actually Building
29:11 — Finding Customers on Social Media

lost a childhood neighbor to cancer yest. we grew up on the same floor. she was only 26.
we get so used to celebrating the headlines, the breakthrough tweets, the raises. then life hits and you see where things really are
still believe in a world where i don’t have to lose ppl to cancer anymore. soon, please.

Today, we’re announcing an open call for guest investigators in life sciences. Over 8–12 weeks, guest investigators will work directly with my team and other Anthropic researchers to produce analyses and tools for their work. We’ll run our models and harnesses, at no cost to them. We’ll work together to open-source the resulting data, artifacts, and code, and write preprints about what we find.
We want humans to remain at the center of scientific discovery, deciding what questions to pursue, and how to pursue them. Those decisions are not ours to make alone. This open call is part of our ongoing efforts at Anthropic to support researchers and accelerate scientific discovery.
I’m looking for principal investigators and their research groups at academic institutions, nonprofits, or government labs, working in causal human biology, structural and computational molecular biology, medicinal chemistry, drug discovery, and clinical science.
Applications are open for about 14 days: anthropic.com/news/open-call…
drug development is two problems stacked on top of each other
1. scientific
2. operational
labs are now full stacking the operational layer which is where the next maturity curve is.
We’ve acquired Orchestra Bio, a platform that helps biopharma teams coordinate the complex process of drug development.
Together, we’ll build on Rosalind, our AI models and tools for life sciences research, to streamline those operations and help new treatments reach patients sooner.
Welcome @ashokaraj_ and team!

inference is becoming a commodity / commodities need brokers.
Getting your inference right shouldn't be hard.
