been on holiday...is @tsotchke still LARPing? hmmm...seems he is... sad to see his quantum project devolve into 'inspired simulation'... read between the lines.. if no one who matters cares about his AI vibe slop bullshit...why would you? Think about it.
Just a quick shout out to the @tsotchke fam that has been recently following me and discussing my posts in their TG. You are being lied to. You know you are. If anyone wants to better understand the reason these lawsuits went ahead, you can DM me. I will post all of the information after the courts do their thing, but there is a lot I can share prior, privately. @drycrypto24 I read your messages. If you want to reach out to me, feel free. There is no malice on my part.
Full disclosure. I am NOT a plaintiff in the @tsotchke lawsuits. In fact, I have nothing to gain at all from the whole fiasco. I ate my losses. If Tyrell conceded and stopped lying and scamming, I would have let it go. He has not, I will not. I have the capital and the cajónes to fight this out. Put up your dukes buds. Ding ding.
Lets be clear about the lawsuits regarding @tsotchke. These were not brought on by speculators. They were brought on by legitimate investors, employees and those that were promised a greater part of the lie that is @tsotchkecorp for the work they did to build the things he promised. Tyrell cant code for shit. Everything he does is either vibe coded or farmed out. He isnt the genius he wishes he was. He is a lazy and entitled fool that thought he could make money from his personality and make the undoable done. He failed. This isnt 'crying in the casino'. Tyrell often stated that his business had a token, not a token that was trying to build a business. I have every message from his admin tg channel recorded. I can prove what I say is true. I can prove that he lied to every investor, every VC, every token holder, every media group he contacted and continues to do so. He did not show up for his first court date and that case is in auto-default. He has admins right now that know the truth of his deceit. Anyone that has been around since day one knows what he said, what he delivered and how not one of those things ever happened. Anyone remember the tensor library? There are many examples of this. One thing I have always told anyone I know in business or investing is: record everything. I do. The writing is on the wall. You just have to read it. I will share info with anyone that requires it moving forwards. DMs are open. Game on.
Todays questions: Did @tsotchke attend court yesterday and then go to the USA? Or did he just ignore the court and leave the country prior? Is he even coming back? Is he even in NYC? Anyone else find the timing odd? Stay tuned folks, this story is just getting more interesting by the day.
Yo @tsotchke ! I thought we were bros. What happened? Wheres all the posts? You seem quiet these days. Where is that confidence? Where is that arrogance? Where is that unbridled hubris that pushes your narrative? Fun fact: while I was an admin in your tg I recorded everything. From day one. BEFORE thousands of comments were deleted. Canada is one party consent. I cant wait for court. Say Hi to Ben for me. I hear hes at his biodads. Seems that apple didnt fall far from the tree. Good thing there are lawyers in his family. How about yours?
Run @tsotchke run! Your token is dying, the lawsuits are flying, you wasted your time LARPing and lying. Happy Monday mfer.
You can choose your destiny but not your fate. When those two concepts align, you are living your best life possible. And I am.
I wonder when Tyrell is going to speak about the lawsuits.... hmmm.... he seems a lil sketchy these days. The lawsuits are Real. @tsotchke @tsotchkecorp @eshkolai
The Tsotchke scam (also known as $TSOTCHKE or Tsotchke Corp) is a Solana-based meme coin launched in December 2024 via pump.fun. Promoters hyped it as a revolutionary "quantum-enhanced AI" project using "spin-based quantum computing" for breakthroughs at room temperature, supposedly outperforming classical systems without specialized hardware. Critics, including quantum computing experts, quickly labeled it a hype-driven scheme built on misleading claims. Its GitHub code revealed little more than a basic pseudorandom number generator (PRNG) dressed in quantum terminology, with no evidence of true quantum phenomena, blockchain integration, or AI advancements.
Responses to Criticism and Red Flags:
The team (particularly the @tsotchke
account) responded aggressively: Dismissing critics as "unqualified."
Blocking users on X.
Sending private messages with threats, such as "Disrespect me again and you’re gone" or instructions to "lawyer up." One report alleged a message implying physical harm.
Critics included: Quantum scientists like Paulo Viana (Quant Bond), Pierre-Luc Dallaire-Demers (University of Calgary), and Kaushal Kumar Singh (Quantum Resistant Ledger).
Ian Smith (CEO, Quantum EVM), who questioned the feasibility.
Others like Martin Shkreli (who expressed concerns after review) and on-chain analysts.
Promotion showed patterns of FUD deflection, automated replies, and attempts to co-opt neutral experts for marketing. The meme-coin launch format itself raised flags: legitimate quantum breakthroughs typically attract structured VC or academic channels, not pump.fun speculation.
Aftermath and Warnings:
By early 2025, detailed debunkings appeared on sites like DL News, Web3 Is Going Great, and a dedicated WordPress exposé. Reports to regulators (e.g., SEC, FTC, Canadian authorities) were mentioned in critiques. The token's value fluctuated with hype but lacked any demonstrated underlying technology or utility. The name "Tsotchke" (Yiddish for a cheap trinket or knick-knack) proved ironically apt in critics' eyes.Bottom line: Tsotchke exemplifies classic crypto hype—exaggerated tech claims, anonymous or unverified teams, aggressive suppression of doubt, and a speculative token detached from real deliverables. Investors lost money on the volatility, and experts warned it offered no genuine quantum or AI innovation. Always DYOR; extraordinary claims require extraordinary, verifiable evidence—none materialized here... and now all the principals will be exposed and relevant authorities will have to investigate the actual crimes committed by these three. Its over.
Just so you know...
@chubes
,@RemiliaRabbi
... you are next. Enjoy! Geneivat da'at , ona'at devarim... you should know better.
Be aware. @tsotchke
and all related accounts are a LARP. I have the receipts.
Remember when you told everyone that your project was 'infiltrated'? That isnt entirely true now, is it? The truth is, your project was exfiltrated by those that were invited into it and then figured out the truth of it. By those that did not want to participate in crime. Some left and tried to wash their hands, but then some of them banded together. Some of them pooled resources and experience... and took their inner knowledge of the 'corporations' structure and went to the authorities. You can pretend the lawsuits do not exist....but as they progress, discovery is gonna be a bitch for everyone who was involved. Not just you. No one is going to be forgotten. Everyones names will be public knowledge by the end of it and I mean everyone. From day one. I promise.
“Above all, don't lie to yourself. The man who lies to himself and listens to his own lie comes to a point that he cannot distinguish the truth within him, or around him, and so loses all respect for himself and for others. And having no respect he ceases to love.”
