I’m a big fan of @FarzaTV ‘s videos.
He covered how he makes great launch videos
A few things worth stealing from his YC interview:
→ Pick the first frame for the person you want watching.
→ Explain what you’re building and why anyone should care.
→ Give the demo a story. Something should keep happening, even without cuts.
→ Study where you get bored watching other people’s videos.
→ Track who actually tries the product afterwards.
This is great advice not just for youtube and demos but also short form content

I hope this helps someone out there finally get their first 1000 views, first customers, whatever. This is a game of consistency, not one time viral hits.
TLDR: Record a shitty demo, and just start showing your work.
