CLASS 1A PLAYOFFS - FIRST ROUND
—————————————————
Nicholas County (7-4) - 1
Frankfort (2-9) - 0
*Forfeit
He has been a game changer on offense and defense this year. He’s currently leading the state in INTs.
Proud of him. He never complains and refuses to come out of the game. He’s also one heck of a baseball player. Baseball coaches there is still time to recruit him.
He has worked hard all offseason. He deserves all the awards that he receives this year.

🏆 Bentley Crump – EKC Comeback Player of the Year
After suffering a broken wrist that last year and making his way back onto the field, he then tore his MCL. He currently leads the state in interceptions and has 577 receiving yards, the most by a Bluejacket in 15+ years!

🏆 Cash Linville – EKC Wes Hopkins Courage Award
Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2025, Cash has shown grit and determination. He leads the Bluejackets in sacks and TFL this season! What better time to celebrate this honor than during National Diabetes Awareness Month!
