@AmazonHelp I ordered a new iPad which was removed from the box during delivery. I’ve done everything your customer care team has asked including submitting a police report but they are now refusing to proceed any further. Am I able to escalate this?
Do you have a complaints department @AmazonHelp @AmazonUK? I've been told to wait until 22 August before contacting customer care again. They won't tell me why. They also said that after 1 September they're no longer able to assist. Again, I would like to know why.
