Dawn Light, 56, of Sutton, was arraigned Wednesday morning on a charge of intimidation of a juror, witness, police or court official. Prosecutors requested $50,000 cash bail, but the judge released her on personal recognizance, with several conditions. She is scheduled to return to court on Oct. 15 for a pretrial hearing. Intimidation of a witness in a case of the punishment could include life imprisonment carries a sentence of 20 years. State police asked to see Light's phone, and did not initially find any photos or videos of anyone in the parking lot.
