Your staked $ETH could earn you more than just staking rewards. A liquid staking token represents $ETH that’s already earning yield. Where that token is accepted as option collateral, you can use it to sell an option and collect a premium too. Staking rewards underneath. Option premiums on top, potentially providing a much larger yield! You’re putting the same capital to work in two ways: securing Ethereum and backing an option someone else wants to buy. This way you stack two sources of yield on top of each other. Your capital earns twice. And the idea extends beyond staked ETH. Other supported yield-bearing tokens can become the foundation for option strategies too. If you enjoy yieldmaxxing, Greek will be your home!

There is a ton of capital in crypto that just sits idle, because there are no yield opportunities for those coins. With options we can offer that juicy yield on those assets to unlock that capital and get it into DeFi! Which assets would you like to earn yield on?

How often was your thesis correct on perps, but you got stopped out before the market went in the direction you predicted? Doesn't ever happen to options traders!

.@base Batches 004 is out, here's a summary if you don't have time to go through it: 🟦 Payments and Settlement Saturday (@SaturdayBank) Traditional crypto cards spend stables and the merchant gets fiat. Saturday reverses the settlement: the customer pays with a normal Visa or Mastercard, and the merchant receives USDC on Base. Conta (@contavcbr) Brazilian banks can debit salary on arrival to cover debt. Conta is a reais account on PIX where that money lands in a wallet only the user can move, so they decide what to pay and when. 🟦 Credit and Financing Renn Finance (@RennFinance) DeFi loans get liquidated when price moves. Renn is fixed-term borrowing against crypto or tokenized stocks, no liquidation before maturity. The borrower pays a fixed rate for that. If the collateral ends below the amount lent, the lender eats the gap. BitRepo (@bitrepo_xyz) BitRepo gives bitcoin a yield without selling it. It borrows stables against the BTC and lends that cash into short-term business credit, so the holder earns the spread. The company default risk stays with them. 🟦 Trading Markets Tribeca (@Tribeca_xyz) Tribeca is an onchain replacement for a stock exchange: a CLOB on Base for 24/7 trading of tokenized stocks, perps, and options. Greek.fi (@GreekDotFi) Most onchain options sit inside a closed venue. Greek turns options and the seller's collateral receipt into ERC-20s, so idle tokens can earn by selling calls, hedge with puts, or take leverage, and the locked collateral can be reused elsewhere. 🟦 Consumer Investing Grow (@get_grow_app) Local-currency investing account, not a dollar neobank. Deposit a supported currency 1:1, earn yield on that currency, and buy US stocks, ETFs, or crypto from the same account without converting to USD first. 🟦 Agents and AI commerce Mercatus (@mercatus_ai) Model APIs post a rate card, not a market price. Mercatus is an exchange for inference: pay per token now, or buy and sell next month's usage, so compute has a public price. Flovia (@Flovia402) Flovia is Google Analytics for people who sell APIs and MCPs, but for agent customers. It shows the path agents take inside Claude or Codex: discover, choose you or a competitor, call, pay, finish. Sellers normally never see that funnel. Flovia marks where agents drop off and what to change so the API gets picked and paid. 🟦 FX LEDiG (@LEDiG_Tech) Companies that get paid in stablecoins and pay suppliers in emerging-market currency have no onchain way to lock that FX. LEDiG is the hedging and liquidity layer for that flow, so the rate is fixed before the bill is due. - As we at @virtuals_io build in the @base ecosystem, congratulations to the Base Batches 004 cohorts! Perps and options can both give you leveraged exposure. But they make you take very different risks to get it. Say you’re bullish on $BTC over the next six months. You could open a leveraged long perp and hold it until your thesis plays out. The problem is that the market doesn’t care about your six-month thesis on the way there. $BTC can drop 15% next week, liquidate your position, and then spend the next five months rallying exactly where you thought it would go. You were eventually right on direction, but your position didn’t survive long enough for that to matter. That’s the liquidation problem with leverage. Once your leveraged position crosses that liquidation level, there is no bouncing back. The trade is closed. A long call has a different problem. You pay the premium upfront, and that premium can lose a lot of value if BTC moves against you. But there is no liquidation price on the option itself. $BTC can dump next week and your call still exists. If you bought an option that expires six months from now, you still have those six months for the thesis to play out. As long as the option has not expired, a temporary move against you does not automatically close the position. Of course, that protection isn’t free. Options replace liquidation risk with time risk. If $BTC takes seven months to make the move and your option expires after six, being right eventually doesn’t help you either. That’s probably the cleanest way to think about the difference: - Perps: your thesis can be right eventually, but you need to survive the path - Options: you can survive the path, but your thesis needs to play out before expiry Both can express the same bullish view. The real question is which risk you want to take to express it.

Why are we Greek? Option traders get it immediately! Everyone else will love it once they start trading options with us.

With Perps you can be right on your trade, but still lose it all by being liquidated before the market goes where you anticipated. Options are the solution to that problem!

this is all cool but generally seems very inefficient, why not just use an API? why would agents need to use a UI designed for humans
Breaking: Browser Use + Jev = Ultrafast ⚡ Findings flights took 7s and cost only $0.0039 🤯 > new action space every step > DOM state space > small LLM fallback to type (this video is at 1x speed btw) Built a tiny open source browser agent. try it below ↓

In crypto we haven’t spent enough time building ways to earn from the volatility of our assets. Despite it being one of the most effective ways to earn yield on assets you hold. Options let holders monetize something they already own: The asset’s future price uncertainty!
