If Jesus bent down and waited and wrote in the sand when others demanded an answer from Him, maybe there’s time for me to bend down and wait to respond appropriately and wisely, too.

Hey @Delta — I booked a car rental through your website yesterday. I used SkyMiles. I have a receipt that says it is paid. I am now at the Payless Car Rental counter in Nashville and they say my rental isn’t paid and are trying to charge me again.
@Delta I’ve been on the phone with one of your representatives for half an hour and she is trying to tell me that I need to cancel my reservation and pay with my cash here at the counter. Please fix this.

@Simone_Biles is choosing to erase them.

Bad week for female athletes.
Good week for the boys stealing their medals in Oregon, Washington, Maine and California.
Not to mention Minnesota where a boy pitched a shut out in girls’ softball. Twice.
Wow. I've been flying @Delta for years. These latest changes are just bonkers. Corporate greed.

Day3 — Make the Most of May
Part of the reason I started this endeavor (posting about making the most of May every day) is that life feels like a holding pattern @ the moment. I've been traveling for work lately, so the holding pattern metaphor feels apropros. Let's roll w/ it.
Talk to your fellow passengers (a challenge for introverts like me). Let people know what awaits you on the ground. It can help you articulate things and renew your passion for what is ahead.
