Good to see a packed Newlands Stadium after so many years. There is no better site in modern cricket, than seeing a dominant SA take bowlers apart in front of The Devil's Peak backdrop. Having something cold to sip on, certainly helps #RSAvAUS #Proteas

I've been battling anxiety and depression for the last five years or so. I finally, feel like coming out of the cycle a bit. Today a colleague asked how to start the process of treatment. I was able point him in the right direction. Feels so good to help #MentalHealthAwareness
