Enough is enough.
We've talked about this forever.
If you're a past student you're getting an email this afternoon about this and a bunch of other updates.

What we really is need more agents so Iโm raising $20M to create yet another way to do things that I can already do 10 other ways.

I had a lil web app that used to do $15k/mo ish
All affiliate $ was beautiful.
It went off a cliff overnight and it's been sitting there getting hundreds of clicks per month from Chat GPT with basically dead content on it.
I had some tokens to burn so I gave Claude all the history and told it to rebuild it, fire up the APIs, and add real content content to see if it has any life.
Will check it again in a month and report back

Iโve got a friend who sells hundreds of thousands of $ in bean and cheese burritos on each drop.
Only in her city.
Each drop is an IG post or 2.
Short-form converts like crazy.
Short form content doesnโt convert scrollers to buyers.
It doesnโt.
Ask people whoโve built their whole YT strategy on shorts. Ask them. Make sure to bring tissues for their broken dreams.
X is no different.
Same with email.
Short is to stay top of mind.
Not to convert.
SUPER-LONG-FORM converts. Yes. Stop looking at me like an alien. Yes. I mean it. Super long. Yes. Even in the โtiktok ageโ. Yes. Even when people โdonโt read anymoreโ.
Hereโs a fun fact for you.
The debate of long vs short copy has been here for a very long time. Since before the internet. The same about the โpeople donโt read long copy.โ
And all sources that I know of? Including the OGs? They all said that long always converted better.
My experience is no different.
Long form converts.
I'm buying an 18k sq ft building for a few million dollars right now, and I just realized I'd be terrified if I didn't have someone holding my hand through it.
I've always figured things out myself (and have made a career out of it) but as soon as I jumped into this project realized that wasn't gonna cut it.
So much more to this then deal structure and due diligence.
100 ways for every cookie to crumble.
Lot's of $ on the line. Mine, other people's, all the above.
But I'm so fired up to be adding commercial real estate GP to my resume and grateful for @barrettjoneill walking me through it.
It is SO worth it to pay experts for their help.
Builders build lets go ๐ ๏ธ
The AI reply bots are taunting me now?
Replying to @landforce
The fear isn't the building, it's the fact that a few million is enough to hurt you. So the real question: is the hand-holding for the deal or for the risk you can't absorb?
