Hi everyone! Kinda bad news this year unfortunately. I started fire academy about a month ago & I just can’t join the fun this year😭😭 I’m going to try and go do a little hunting, but even that might be tough.
Chasing a life long dream of becoming a firefighter & I can’t risk getting derailed. I promise to be back next year with the fun and shenanigans. In the meantime, I’m looking forward to service in the community and helping people on their worst day 👨🚒👨🚒
I’m completely blown away by your generosity today. Every single penny will be donated. I will get a total tally & provide proof later today or tomorrow. I want to be completely transparent so there is no question about where your funds go. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
Couple notes for later today.
*These are the pins available today. All except year of the tiger are unique to fundraising.
*Crisp Greens will have a “rabbit food” special from 12-2. A no-meat salad for $7, no obligation to buy one though, come on in, talk to folks :)
FUNDRAISING PINS!
Crisp Greens (downtown) - Feb. 5th 12-2pm
$7 each. 50% to the monkeyshine project itself, 50% to the Rabbit Haven out of Gig Harbor. If we sell out, we might find another local non-profit to donate too as well.
Crisp Greens is @ 1916 Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA
*There will be past years pins. No year of the dog unfortunately. I will dig, but I don’t think any exist.
*We will have a Venmo option.
*I will report back all the money raised
*I’m not pocketing a single dollar from this.
*limits may apply

Sorry for the radio silence, life got a little crazy. This Sunday there will be an option to purchase pins. All funds will be donated of course. $7 per pin. I will share time, location and more tomorrow afternoon once everything is 100%.

Don’t really do the hint thing these days, but was here for a burger with an old friend and started to wander around a bit. Maybe you’re familiar with this old hangout and can add this years pin to your collection…
So, this happened last night. Oh my word. In case you were wondering, yes, the Sound is pretty cold this time of year! 🥶🥶🥶 Happy to have this on the shelf and more time spreading fun and shenanigans around town! #monkeyshines2023 🐒🐇🌊
And returned! Back to business! Oh wait, they pulled up. Hugs for everyone 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ The guy said he hoped I had good luck this year, me too!
