Utterly disgusted that @volvocars @VolvoCarUK had violated our trust and allowed a member of staff to smoke a cigarette in our car today. Baby seat, our sons soft toy, books all saturated in the smell of smoke not to mention the leather seats and upholstery- Beyond lost for words
