We're partnering with @onkeiki to build a world where legitimate agents are recognized and accepted by merchants, instead of blocked. Agents are already shopping, booking and buying on our behalf. The open question is trust: how does a merchant know the agent at the door is legit? That's what we're solving together. Through this partnership, we're putting verified agent credentials to work in real commerce flows, so merchants can tell a trusted agent from a bad actor in milliseconds, and good agents never get caught in the fraud filters. If you're a merchant looking to safely accept agents, come talk to us.

The best use case for Instinct so far is using it as a personal assistant while you're working non stop at a Conference. We're in Money20/20 now and its a game changer.

Beltic will be at @money2020 next week with our first-ever booth. As AI agents begin to act on behalf of consumers and businesses, questions of identity and trust are becoming central to financial services. We look forward to discussing these topics with the community. You can find our team at Booth SU11. Come talk to us. @Isha @mikeallanpe @lbcastll

I used instinct to buy baby gifts for two friends. And shit happened. One couple is having a boy, the other a girl. The agent asked if I wanted colors to lean boy/girl or stay neutral. I said “neutral is fine.” Both orders were paid and went through. Then nothing shipped. Guess what, each item needed a color. The agent never picked one, the merchant accepted the order anyway, and the fulfillment system couldn’t process it. You see, @jbahrdestefano it’s not only you lol Most of the companies out there built their flows for humans. Agents act differently, they guess, skip, or improvise. When that happens, shit happens. If your company is accepting AI agents you must track all of their actions. Understand if those actions match against the intent of the user, preventing incorrect actions before they happen. Easy to think about this use case by itself. But when you imagine thousands of agents every hour coming to your platform, dealing with this scale will be a challenge. There are some cool folks working on this, if your company is facing any issues, talk to them. They're called @beltichq

Last time I did this it worked, so here we go again. Anyone working on agentic commerce/identity in @Kalshi, @OpenTable, @united, @bookingcom, or @brexHQ? We're pretty advanced in agentic identity and helping businesses safely accept agents and we think we can help a lot.

Replying to @t_blom
@t_blom Everyone's building the agent. Almost no one is building the other side of the conversation. That's the most underrated infrastructure gap right now. Businesses are about to get hit with millions of agents and they still can't tell which agents to trust. That's what we're building at Beltic.

We've come out of stealth and it's been absolutely insane. If you're building in stealth mode for too long, you might want to try the opposite

One week out of stealth. Biggest signal: companies don't want to block agents, they want to accept the right ones, on their terms, now. That's what we're building at Beltic. Short guide on how we think about Know Your Agent: beltic.com/ebooks/beltic-kya…

Your bank always asks if you’re trustworthy. Nobody asks if your agent is. @beltichq does 👁️ And it's finally out of stealth. $8.8M in pre-seed & seed. Now working w/ partners on the standard for Know Your Agent (KYA). Glad to have backed Isha, Mike & Farhan at pre-seed. Day 1!
An AI agent can buy something in seconds. Can the business receiving that order tell who sent it, what it can do, or whether to let it through? We built @beltichq to answer that. We're out of stealth with $8.8M raised to make agent traffic verifiable.

The contrast between hanging up the last phone call of the day of high-stakes decisions and then a minute later walking in the door to the pure love of small children who want to laugh and play and show you every discovery they made that day is the strangest and best thing I have ever experienced in life.
