My research-based "high-saturated fat diet" as of late:
White sugar, canola oil, Crisco, and a handful of Hershey's Kisses blended into a slurry that I put in BPA-free ziplock bags and extrude into my mouth whenever hunger pangs set in.

Models appear to be honing on the increasing potential for a slow-moving/stalled #AtmosphericRiver somewhere in CA between SF and LA mid next week. That would lead to potentially significant flash flood risk, especially if this happens near recent burn scars. Stay tuned. #CAwx
