Reason OPM मे सुधार हो रहा है Power sector की demand बहुत है
new ग्रोथ के लिए Narmadapuram मे नया plant लगाया है
15-20% ग्रोथ का गाइडेंस है 15% से ग्रोथ मानु तो मेरा PE/G 1 के पास आता है expected PAT 110Cr आएगा for FY27

आज से 3 - 4 Q पहले जो ग्रोथ single digit मे थी वो double digit मे convert हुई ओर अब उसे maintain किया जा रहा है US - Iran के युद्ध दौरान Inflation high हो गया फिर भी EBITDA maintain करना ये कंपनी के internal strong को बताता है
ये #Glass_Wall_Systems का रिजल्ट है YoY ग्रोथ दिखाई नहीं देगी लेकिन OPM मे बहुत बड़ा सुधार दिखेगा
एक बात ओर इस type के order book वाली कंपनी को yearly के हिसाब से ग्रोथ देखनी चाहिए

Reason - बिल्डिंग मे facade का 11 - 12% हिस्सा होता है
पहले इनकी glass की मनुफैक्टरिंग unit खुद की नहीं थी अब ये unit अपनी डाल रहे है 8 महीने मे तैयार हो जायेगी इससे बैकवर्ड इंटीग्रेशन होगा मार्जिन अच्छे होंगे

मेरे Portfolio मे बहुत से stocks 20% + ग्रोथ दिखा रहे है ये ग्रोथ इसलिए जरुरी है क्युकी अभी ऐसा market है जहाँ Earning है तभी आपका portfolio outperform कर पायेगा 2020 से 2024 वाले दिन नहीं रहे की जो लिया वो चल जाए

जो AUM ग्रोथ है वो बहुत तेज है इसे मे सिर्फ NBFC नहीं समझ रहा technology का बहुत तेजी से कर रही है
मैंने पहले भी कहा है जो AI का इस्तमाल तेजी से कर रहा है उसका business बहुत बड़ा बन सकता है अब ये समय ही बताएगा
Stock की list तैयार है लेकिन Buying तभी होगी जब लेने लायक हो जाएंगे तब तक वॉचलिस्ट मे पड़े रहेंगे ओर मुझे लग भी रहा है की बहुत जल्द ये लेने लायक हो भी जाएगा
अभी बहुत ज्यादा valuation दे रहा है Market इस #Steamhouse_India को
NBFC stocks धीरे धीरे ऊपर की तरफ निकल चुके है जिनकी asset quality ज्यादा strong है उनकी stock price की रफ्तार भी तेज है
Market मे सिर्फ सोच सकते है की ऐसा हो सकता है
जैसे कभी कभी हम कुछ stocks को 3-4 साल से ट्रैक कर रहे है past मे बहुत problem थी अब वो problem खत्म हो रही है stock काफी नीचे पड़ा है मैनेजमेंट पर विश्वास हो जैसे ही 1 या 2Q मे रिजल्ट दिखेगा stock अगले 1-2Q की earning भाव मे ले आएगा

#WATCH 🎥 | “At a time where our growth is very important… we need capital,” says Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, acknowledging investor concerns over taxation and sustained foreign fund outflows ahead of Budget 2027.
Responding to whether the upcoming Budget would offer a more favourable tax environment for foreign investors, Sitharaman said taxation was “just one part” of the investment equation, but recognised the growing concerns among retail investors and equity market participants.
She pointed out that India had recorded its highest foreign investment inflows in 2023-24 under a similar tax structure, but acknowledged that circumstances have since changed, with challenges growing and FII outflows mounting.
“I’ll consider all this,” the Finance Minister said, adding that sustaining India’s growth at “seven-plus” would require capital. She stopped short of signalling any specific tax changes.
The remarks come amid calls for a review of the 12.5% LTCG tax on equities and proposals to tax foreign investors on dollar-denominated gains. SEBI has reportedly recommended scrapping LTCG tax for foreign investors ahead of the Budget, as India looks to revive foreign capital inflows.

इस Sep Quarter मे बहुत सी कंपनी की कमेंट्री सुनी ओर रिजल्ट देखे उसमे से बहुत सी कंपनी के मैनेजमेंट का ये कहना है की demand का कोई issue नहीं है दिक्कत मार्जिन पर आ रही है कही बढ़ी लागत pass on नहीं हो पा रही है ओर कही Raw material की availability की problem हो रही है

ये कंपनी अभी ऐसी बॉर्डर लाइन पर खड़ी है जहाँ से एक नई पारी की शुरुवात होने वाली है पीछे जो भी हुआ वो line के उस पार सिर्फ इतिहास रह जाएगा ये मे डेटा देखकर बोल रहा हूँ
मुझे ऐसा लग रहा है H2 से PAT बढ़ता हुआ देखोगे
FY28 मे पूरी तस्वीर clean दिखने लगेगी

दूसरी बात SSG की डेटा देखो हर Q increase हो रहे है बाकी आप समझदार हो

मेरी नजर #QSR कंपनी के डेटा पर बनी हुई
इसका हिंट मुझे ब्रेड बनाने वाली कंपनी से मिला है वो अपनी call मे बता रही है QSR 2 -3 साल बाद Recovery के संकेत मिल रहे है
अब देखना ये है ये डेटा मे नजर आते है या नहीं
अच्छी कंपनी का stock हमेशा पुराने High को तोड़कर नया High बनाएगा
#SG_Finserve ने भी अपना नया High बना दिया है Result आने के बाद बहुत लोग - ve बात कर रहे थे क्युकी share price नीचे आ रहा था उस समय
इसलिए किसी की मत सुनो अपना दिमाक लगाओ
जिस दिन profit पर बैठने की आदत पड़ जायेगी उसके बाद बड़ा profit बनना भी शुरु हो जाएगा
मैंने देखा है अक्सर लोग ये बोलते है Life high पर stock चला गया अब बेच देते है उसके बाद stock कई हाई बनाता जाता है
इस लिए अच्छे धधे ओर अच्छे मैनेजमेंट के साथ बने रहो

ये भाग्य की बात है की stock लेते ही भाग जाए इस कंपनी का जब ipo आया तब से ट्रैक कर रहा हुँ लेकिन ले नहीं पाया finally market ने मौका दिया
ये कोई जरुरी नहीं की भाव ऊपर जाए तो कंपनी अच्छी हो जाती है अंत मे उसका रिजल्ट ही decides करेगा की कंपनी कैसी है
