Educational leadership can’t start with instruction. It starts with relationships. Don’t get me wrong—strong instruction is the goal. But when we lead with that, we often get confusion, frustration, and compliance. People don’t respond to a plan first. They respond to how it feels. Build trust first. Then you can push the work. That’s when things actually move.

Trust & Inspire doesn’t mean you can’t have high expectations or demand the best from people. When you do, it stems from a foundation of trust. When you push them, they will see themselves as being as capable as you see them. #TrustAndInspire
