Negativity doesn’t stay with one person. It spreads.
And what we allow, we encourage.
If someone is draining the energy of your team, don’t ignore it.
Confront them. Coach them. Love them. Give them the opportunity to change.
But if they refuse to change, you have to protect the team and the mission.
Great leaders don’t avoid the hard conversations.
They have them because they care enough about their people to protect the culture they’re building.
As we celebrate the birth of Jesus, I would like to thank God for all my family, friends, coworkers, players for giving me the opportunity to get to know you. The Bolivar family wishes you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous 2023.

Today you have a choice. Get bitter or get better. The past is the past. Learn from it and Let Go. Move forward to create the life you want.

Every day we have a choice. How you see the world determines the world you see. Look for the good. See the possibilities. Remember, challenges are opportunities.
