After analyzing the videos, I believe it's highly likely the first shot was a negligent discharge from the agent in the grey jacket after he removed the Sig P320 from Pretti's holster while exiting the scene. My breakdown:

- no criminal record - worked and paid their taxes - had three daughters that are US citizens - tried 30 different lawyers to access citizenship but there hasn’t been a pathway to citizenship in over 40 YEARS Why would we love to see this family get broken up like this?
