His gaze briefly wandered over the dimly lit streets around them. He already knew this area well enough to know that getting lost here wasn’t exactly harmless.
“ This part of city isn’t really somewhere someone like you should be wandering around alone. ”

He looked over at her when she asked. He hadn’t expected her to ask, but there was something almost amusing about how easily the conversation had started to flow.
“ Jaemin. ”
He looked ahead again, his free hand slipped into his pocket.
“ And you? ”

He gave her a small, reassuring smile before nodding.
“ Don’t worry. I know the way. ”
He started walking down the street, glancing back at her briefly to make sure she was following before continuing toward the restaurant.

He glanced at the picture before looking back at her. The slight anxiety in her expression didn’t go unnoticed.
“ Yeah, I know it. ”
A faint smile tugged at his lips.
“ Come on. I’ll show you. ”

Jaemin’s gaze lingered on her for a moment before he glanced down the street, seemingly trying to figure out where she was supposed to go.
“ Where are you trying to get to? ”
His voice was calm.
