A small moment that made my week 💜 At Meridian 2026, Denelle Dixon (@DenelleDixon), CEO of the Stellar Development Foundation, mentioned Rise In on the main stage, and one of our videos played on the big screen. That video was short, but it came at the end of a week I put a lot into. Our team spent the week talking to people across the Stellar ecosystem and filming interviews, and I edited everything and turned out quick recaps while the moments were still fresh. To keep up with that pace, I built my own Claude skill for our video workflow and put everything I know into it: how to pace an interview, where to cut, how subtitles and name cards should look, what makes a recap worth watching. It handled the repetitive work, and I focused on the story. This week reminded me how much the marketer's role has changed. It's no longer enough to write the post or brief the video. A marketer today needs to understand the story, the audience, the edit and the AI tools behind it, and know how to connect them. Not to replace the team, but to move at the speed the team and the moment need. AI won't make you a better marketer on its own.
