"Every child deserves a champion, an adult who will never give up on them." Watch Rita Pierson's full talk on the power of teachers: t.ted.com/dBwcIo6

Why Every Kid Needs a Champion

A rousing call to educators to believe in their students and actually connect with them on a real, human, personal level.

6️⃣4️⃣ Hours. On Monday mornings, this is how long it has been since some kids have had any positive interaction with an adult. Whether you are a teacher, bus driver, custodian, principal, or _______, how you greet your kids in the morning matters. Be the light! #multiplyexcellence
