Just make a special lobby for the highest reps/outrageous 3pt%/and the clans suspected of cheating .
Slowly start releasing them back to the public if they are found to be legit.
Yes it’s annoying for people that get false flagged but at least they will still be able to play 2k instead of false banned.
It also makes legit players happy .
Cheaters shouldn’t be able to play the game alongside us as they figure out a solution to stop the cheating

I’ve been playing #NBA2K for a LONG time, and I can honestly say the cheating has gotten so out of control that some days I just have to turn the game off.
It’s getting harder and harder to enjoy a game I’ve loved for years when cheating is becoming the norm instead of the exception.
AND THE CRAZIEST PART? THEY AREN’T EVEN HIDING IT ANYMORE!
We have people consistently greening shots from the OTHER SIDE OF THE COURT, doing things that shouldn’t even be possible, and they’re literally STREAMING THEMSELVES CHEATING!
IN PLAIN SIGHT!
You can report them over and over again, and what happens? NOTHING!
At what point does 2K actually step up and protect the players who are trying to enjoy the game legitimately?
Here’s my biggest question…
Is fixing the cheating problem really that difficult, or is 2K worried that cracking down on cheaters will hurt their pockets?
Because at this point, I’m genuinely starting to question it.
The legitimate players who spend their time and money supporting this franchise deserve better.
WE WANT FAIR PLAY. WE WANT ACCOUNTABILITY. WE WANT ACTION!

If 2K can't reliably detect AI-powered cheating devices, they need to start looking at the statistics. Nobody should be consistently shooting 80% from three over a large sample without raising questions. Look at shooting percentages, shot volume, win rates, and overall patterns together. I'm not saying automatically ban someone for shooting well, but those numbers should trigger an investigation. 2K also needs to go after the Discord communities and people developing these cheats, similar to what happened with SECRET last year. If you can't detect the device, start detecting the behavior.

NBA 2K27 Patch 2.0 has exposed a bigger problem.
We can’t even agree on what good basketball gameplay looks like.
Some players want easier shooting. Others think shooting is already too easy.
Here’s where I stand.
Open shots should be rewarded. Good defense should matter. Bad shots should be punished. And basketball IQ should make a difference.
I don’t want an easier game or a harder game just for the sake of it.
I want a BETTER basketball game.
Is that really asking too much?

This needs to be a wake up call for the NBA 2K Team, people choosing a 10 year old game over the current one should not be happening.
I booted up 2K17 myself and while it’s not a perfect game it is very fun. You don’t get drained for getting touched once on Defense. There are obviously meta builds but everyone has their own play styles. I’m from EU so I’m playing on US servers and I feel like my player is more responsive than in 2K27. Even tho I hate grinding badges in MyCareer that also adds a value to the game that’s makes you want to grind it since they matter so much. Also buying anything you want on the spot is also convenient, The game in general is more convenient and Fun. Also paying 500 VC for clothes and not 15K VC for a durag is a plus as well. Please listen to your community and at least use the money you’re making to make the game better.
We just want to hoop at the end of the day…
