I’ve gotten a lot of text messages today from Gen Zers, who are not interested in politics, asking me how they can get involved to help Vice President Kamala Harris beat Donald Trump. Something is brewing. Young people are fired up. Trump should be scared.

Wait, what?!
Of the 888,000 donors who gave to Kamala Harris in the last 24 hours, *60%* made their *first* contribution.
That's roughly *532,800* Americans who went out of their way to donate to Kamala's campaign.
I'm speechless.
Headline number: @KamalaHarris+DNC/cmtes raised $81 million in 24 hours.
👀 number: 60% of the 888K donors were making their first contribution to campaign

Hard for me to support someone with no values, lies, cheats, rapes, demeans women, hates immigrants like me. He may cut my taxes or reduce some regulation but that is no reason to accept depravity in his personal values. Do you want President who will set back climate by a decade in his first year? Do you want his example for your kids as values?

Trump has been standing on the stage tonight doing nothing but spewing lies — don’t believe them.
Behind every extraordinary leader is a powerful coach. That’s how you work on yourself 🙏🏽❤️
I just realized the other day that I’ve worked for about 25 years now….
Perhaps obvious, but the most important work I’ve done has been to work on myself. The perhaps less obvious, the most important skill I keep needing to work on - is to connect to others. As an introvert, my mom probably realized this, so she got me to join a theater group. It was so difficult for me, but being part of that group taught me so much.
25 years in I’ve come to realize - it takes a village - and it’s the relationships we form, the teams we’re part of that truly define our journey.

One of the best piece of (brand) content I’ve ever seen. Real tangibles, focusing on scale and timeliness. Smooth tie back to the product. Deliciously witty. Perfection. No notes. Bravo Apple. – at Chicago, IL
Most important book of my life!
I’m at the airport reading, and a man in his ~60s walks by me and says: “Great book. Wish I had it earlier.”
So I ask, “Really? Why?”
That sparked a convo about how he went from Harvard MBA to investment banking in NYC… to an existential crisis at 35 where he lost himself, gave it all up, found himself, met his wife, and built multiple business.
What stuck with me the most is how he talked about his wife. He just LIT up.
“If you think I’ve had an interesting life, you should meet my wife! She’d blow you away. She blows everyone away. She’s the most impressive woman I’ve ever met. She’s my linchpin.”
Me: “What advice would you give for choosing a life partner?”
Him: “If you have a big vision and want a big life, you need someone who knocks your socks off. It’s gotta feel like winning the lottery. This person is your #1 advice giver. Your lifelong backup. Your companion for thousands of meals, events, problems. You need someone better than you in a lot of ways. Whose mind and heart amaze you. I wake up every day like, ‘How on earth did I land her?’ She says the same thing. That’s when you know.”
Then he showed me like 300 pictures of them and their kids on vacation around the world.
Couple goals. 🥹

LGBTQ youth are more than 4️⃣ times as likely to attempt suicide than their peers — not because of their gender identity or sexual orientation, but rather because of how they are mistreated & stigmatized in society.
That's why suicide prevention begins with all of us.

This country is suffering from a loneliness epidemic
The Surgeon General's Advisory has stated that loneliness and lacking connection increase the risk of premature death to levels comparable to smoking daily
I believe modern social apps are a causal factor in our loneliness
Yes it’s ok to say I love you!! Love ya. Much love. Sending love. Whatever…LOVE.

Have interviewed almost 100 people in the past year, and not feeling appreciated is a top reason why people leave their jobs. They're drowning in sweat, but don't receive any acknowledgment. One compliment, one Thank You, one show of care would completely change their calculus.

It’s tough to see some of the images coming out of Hawai’i — a place that’s so special to so many of us. Michelle and I are thinking of everyone who has lost a loved one, or whose life has been turned upside down.

When a private citizen can pay $44 billion for a media company — “the world’s town square” — and both crash the civility of the discourse and incinerate 17 years of brand equity within 10 months …. we have too much concentration of wealth in the hands of too few.
