Look, I’m the queen of the accessible party, but y’all are getting goofy now
There is room in this world for all sorts of parties, and some of them can be “exclusive” or goofy or not appealing to you personally
You’re not morally superior than your friends who think a weekend away from their kids is a fun use of their time and money. And they’re not better than you, either. You’re just different!
Say no, move on, and have cake at home for your own birthday!
I don’t know why I am surprised that GBBO has a polyamorous baker this season. I’m sure it had to happen eventually
friend recently invited me to her 30th bday trip and kept qualifying it like - I tried to do a weekend in a non busy season, everyone can have ample free time on the trip, I’ll pay for the accommodation, and I was like… of course I’ll come! why are you being so apologetic?

LULA celebrates his reelection alongside ERIKA HILTON, a Brazilian transgender congresswoman!
I have a neighbor whom I don’t know very well but I have never had a problem remembering her name because she looks EXACTLY like her name would be what it is (Kerry). Like I genuinely cannot imagine a universe in which she had a different name. It wouldn’t be right
if you’re on the calories in calories out subreddit expecting people to act normal you’ve already made your first mistake

Made a u-turn on my scooter to go take a pic of this Halloween decor I saw on the hill #valhalla
Zohran should have a clear agenda on education but NHJ’s piece had literally nothing to do with him. All the events she described happened before he was the mayor….
We’re not doing this and I’m frankly disappointed about it but one of my early costume ideas for me and David this year was David and Goliath obviously with me as Goliath
Niche but… me at ekiben
What do you guys think mortified means? Also why do people on Twitter get in such a tizzy when their friends ask them to do non compulsory activities
My friend wants to plan a couples, no-kids weekend getaway, splitting the cost of a large AirBNB, in January for her 30th birthday. I really do not love this idea (husband is mortified), neither to spend the money nor to get someone to take the toddler for 3 days. It would be a 2.5 hour drive away for us, too, so it’s not like we’re close if something happens. I haven’t been away from him for even 1 night yet and he still just seems so young! It would be very hard to leave him for that long.
Am I just a party pooper who needs to get over it? Genuine question. Like I actually need advice here guys
