@ScotRail why are the “quick” routes between Edi - Gla (middle one in image) showing as “overtaken service”? There is no visibility of any train arriving earlier than this (omitting simply getting earlier train!)

… to tell on tickets in new app. So why had functionality been removed in a few places, has this been noted to be reinstated and how do I find out if I’ve been overcharged? And as for a user having to go back and forwards applying cards and removing them to check prices…

Apply your card, and if you go back to change your search, it removes it even if you had previously added. As such, and combined with no showing a discount has been applied, I think it means I have been charged full price at times I expected to get a discount, but have no way…

I know I can do that for future journeys, my point is that in the old app I associated my card and then it automatically applied and showed that it had been applied. I had assumed no functionality was lost in new app, however there is an outright bug that means it does not

Hi, I never got reply to this and I’ve had no response through online contact form either, can you tell me how to find out if my card has actually given a discount, I’m convinced I’ve paid more in some cases than I should have. @ScotRail

I've done a few this week and could not see it on any, I've done edinburgh/dundee, edinburgh/pitlochry and edinburgh/glasgow

@ScotRail can you help me see the discounted cost for having a Club 50 card when buying tickets please? In the old app (& website) it clearly showed the full price, then the discounted. I can't find it in either now, I'm not convinced it's actually giving a discount

He’s correct, I had same problem when on delayed train & was trying to work out if could make connecting one, time between the trains was short, I could not look it up, it simply doesn’t appear in the list. Made it impossible for me to work out accurately. Worked in old app ☹️

just highlighting my question that this was a comment in, are we allowed to buy our travelling companions ticket this time?

@ScotRail, T&Cs say "A maximum of two tickets may be purchased per transaction" but not sure if that means I can buy 2 separate trips for myself at one time, or a ticket for person travelling with me? The offer earlier this year allowed that but it was worded differently. thanks!

@ScotRail the T&Cs on the special offer available now for Club 50 are massively out of date, they say it costs £10 and travel must be completed 27 Sep to 21 Nov 2021 😫.

Evening @edinhelp, The green man crossing on Leith Walk beside Pilrig church has been twisted & is facing the wrong way, it’s now pointing towards the church instead of towards the pedestrians waiting to cross. It’s still working though. Can someone sort it please?

@johnlewishelp any update on app? It’s been offline for a few hours, and I can’t make online payments with my card, I’m guessing cos it can’t connect to do verification.
