Haute Couture:: Le rouge king of needleworks Heathcliff is a bit of an odd ID. First of all, so much of his bleed infliction is indirect and conditional and it makes it a nightmare to make his calcs.
Second of all, if you don't have pwieclair he just sorta-
he can't compete with his potency, his bleed application isn't even that good compared to regular modern bleed IDs. But modern content isn't really nice to potency demons, with potency caps and reduced status damage and whatnot. So KKcliff might actually become the niche option-
