In Florida both Amendment 3 and 4 have majority support but both with fail because Florida Republicans rigged the system to require 60% to pass citizen initiatives.
They essentially filibustered direct democracy in FL.

Worth repeating: The Florida amendment is sitting at 57% approval, which is enough to pass in any other state. It only failed because of the threshold.
Florida’s abortion rights ballot measure, Amendment 4, will NOT pass, @DecisionDeskHQ projects. It needed 60% to pass. Abortion in FL will remain banned after 6 weeks.

The same Ron DeSantis DENIED A BILLION dollars in federal funding from the Biden administration to update infrastructure & roads especially in the Tampa Bay region because he felt it was “to promote a political agenda”. I wonder how it could have helped Tampa in a time like this.
