Us: We can't use a cone but we bought a surgical onesie.

Oh, look - @RBC has locked my account for the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks. I have an appointment with another bank to open an account. Hopefully this is the last issue with RBC before I close this account.
And not a peep from @RBC Y'all need to train the call center employees to provide accurate info. Also, the fraud dept can't tell me why my acct is locked because they can't access it. What exactly is the purpose of the call center if they can't access anything, either?

Took 2 days and going to 3 branches to get my @RBC account unlocked. I know it's a safeguard to protect me, but it should not be this complicated to unlock it. Mind you, it would have been easier if any of the 3 people I spoke to on the phone had given me the correct information.
I will say that of all the surprises I got for my birthday yesterday, @RBC definitely had the biggest one. I have zero faith in this bank now. So I will be opening an account with another bank, and once everything is transferred over I'll be closing my bank account with RBC.
The last thing I need as someone who travels a lot for work is to be in a remote location and not have access to my account. Why not join the rest of us here in the future, @RBC - this process should not be this complicated. Also train your staff to provide accurate information.
