@waitrose was just enjoying a shop for a lovely Sunday Dinner in Waitrose Poynton, when the cashier challenged my 14 year old daughter for ID even though she was just accompanying me to the shops! i have never been in such a crazy situation! thought you’d like to know!
My brother has just been shopping at @waitrose in Poynton with his family (kids 11 & 14). They were challenged and refused sale of wine as kids not 18. Does this mean we can’t shop as a family!! - embarrassing Waitrose! Anyway @marksandspencer gained from your poor service.

@BeeNetwork @AndyBurnhamGM another week and the school bus problems continue. Still no responses to my emails to the Bee Network. The 844 arrived at school at 9.05 today. School started at 8.30.
Thought it must be April 1st when I saw this. Any political apathetic young voters now have a reason to make sure they’re registered and ready to vote

Fantastic to see a SBM @R_L_Younger as the next NAHT president.
Rachel Younger, NAHT's president-elect, addresses #NAHTconf this afternoon by highlighting the urgent need for investment in schools and the vital role schools play in their communities.
🌟 Rachel is the first SBL to be elected as national president in NAHT's history.

Give the finance lead/CFO in your school some love. Our one is exceptional but must be feeling exhausted with the constant bad news and having to say no all the time. He wants to help us do better for the children but there is simply no money for anything but basics

Exciting news. We finally have our brand new Y11 football kit sponsored. Thanks so much to @FundingYour for the sponsoring us. We still have a y8 kit that needs sponsoring for a full cohort. Please get in touch if you’d like to take this opportunity with us. @MarpleHall

I am just leaving school having watched this years production of Bugzy Malone. Nothing like a school show to remind me of why I love, working in our school so much
Oh that’s ok then

Looks like £80,000 for us- timing is marvellous- 5pm on a Friday night, two days after conservative conference. They want five year budget plans- but what’s the point! It’s like plaiting fog
Another great Friday night announcement. Setting budgets in schools is hard enough - without this kind of cock up! theguardian.com/education/20…
