Come and find out more about your rights and the support available to you. Representatives from Hywel Dda UHB, PAVS and the voluntary sector and Pembrokeshire County Council will be on hand to answer your questions. You can get your blood pressure checked, talk about how you can self-refer, have a chat about falls prevention and how Occupational Therapy can support you, to name just a few services - all whilst enjoying a FREE cup of tea or coffee.

I’ve been deeply moved by the latest advert which indicates 50% of us born after 1960 will be diagnosed with cancer in our lifetime, which means other 50% will be caring for a loved one with a diagnosis. It’s about support in the workplace. I want to support this 1/2
